A man crossing Alfred Street at U.S. 80 in Garden City was killed this afternoon when he was struck by a log truck, Garden City police officials said. Police have closed U.S.

A Garden City man was arrested Tuesday on charges of sending videos of himself “naked and performing lewd acts” to someone he believed was a 14-year-old girl, but was an undercover officer, police officials said.
