Lowe’s plans to open store, garden center in Parkville (Baltimore Sun)

Lowe’s home improvement plans to open a new store at 1400 Taylor Ave. in Parkville in the fiscal fourth quarter of next year. The store will have 94,000 square feet of retail sales space and a 26,600-square-foot garden center.
