MADISON – This Saturday, May 1, the Garden Club of Madison will join the borough’s Shade Tree Management Board, the Friends of Madison Shade Trees and the borough’s Parks Advisory Committee to celebrate Arbor Day and Madison’s 25th year as a “Tree City USA.”
