Aspen Hill Garden Club program chair Aleen Chabot prepares the club’s award-winning garden outside the Aspen Hill Library in preparation for a visit from County Executive Isiah Leggett (D) Saturday as he recognizes the organization for winning a “Keep Montgomery County Beautiful” award.
