UT Medical Center dedicates garden (Knoxville News Sentinel)

The University of Tennessee Medical Center dedicated The Healing Garden to the Knoxville community. The Healing Garden is a 4,500 square foot landscaped garden with seating areas and a cascading water feature located in a courtyard just beyond the cafeteria at the medical center.

A car struck and injured an older woman walking this afternoon near a Southwest Portland grocery store. The woman was taken by Life Flight about 4:30 p.m.
